Our standard service covers kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms. Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping down kitchen surfaces. You can also request extras like oven or fridge cleaning.

Commercial services may include window washing (inside and outside), deep cleaning of upholstery and drapes, stripping and waxing hard floors, disinfecting surfaces, and high-dusting of ceilings, fans, and hard-to-reach areas.

We observe major holidays including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your cleaning falls on one of these, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule.

Yes. We do our best to provide consistency by assigning the same technician or team whenever possible, ensuring familiarity with your home or office preferences.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We’ll be happy to reschedule at a time that works best for you.

While rare, accidents can happen. If damage occurs, notify us immediately. We are fully insured and will resolve the situation promptly.

Tipping isn’t required but always appreciated. Many clients tip after each service or at year-end. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaning technician.
